Preventing Leaks and Water Damage Through Roof Maintenance

ABOUT US
We started climbing ladders in Sonoma County back in 1995, back when a lot of the homes we now work on were still the “new house on the block.” Three decades, ten thousand roofs, and more coffee-in-the-truck mornings than we can count later, we’ve watched those same homes, and the families in them, grow up. So did we.
That’s really the whole story of Crandall Roofing in one sentence: we’re the roofing company that’s been here long enough to watch a neighborhood age, and we’ve spent every one of those years learning how to take care of it.
Protecting a place means more to us than roofs. Crandall gives back to the same Sonoma County and Marin neighborhoods we work in every day.
It’s part of why so many of our customers are also our neighbors.

Independently verified, not self-declared. You can look it up.

We install materials from Owens Corning®, GAF®, Malarkey®, and CertainTeed®.

Straightforward rates, no hidden fees, and no runaround when you ask what something costs.

See what our customers say about the actual work, not just the sales pitch.

Precision and reliability come from repetition, and we've had thirty years of it.
Diamond Certified isn’t a badge we bought. It requires independently verified ratings from real customers, on the record, updated over time, not a one-time award that sits on a wall and never gets revisited. Layer on top of that our factory certifications from Owens Corning, GAF, Malarkey, and CertainTeed, plus our Class A fire-rated installation standard, and you’ve got a company whose claims are checkable at every level, not just the ones we choose to publish.
Crandall is also a factory-certified installer of silicone roof coatings, helping to extend the life of your existing low-slope roof rather than tearing it off before it’s necessary. If your roof still has some good years left, we’ll tell you that too. Not every roofing company will.
We’re not dispatching crews from some call center two counties over. Our local knowledge doesn’t show up on an invoice, but it shapes how a job actually gets planned and done. When we say we’re protecting our communities with professional, local roofing services, we mean the actual towns our crews drive home to at the end of the day.
We could tell you we do good work. We’d rather you heard it from the people whose roofs we’ve actually stood on. Over 10,000 projects across Sonoma County and Marin have left behind a lot of honest feedback, the kind that comes from someone deciding whether to recommend us to their own neighbor.
Anyone can say they do quality work. Take a look at real Crandall projects across Sonoma County and Marin, including a recent Santa Rosa metal roof replacement, and decide for yourself.
Here’s something we think about a lot: a roof put on in 1995 has already outlasted a couple of cars, a kitchen remodel, and possibly a kid’s entire childhood through high school graduation. It’s done its job quietly, without asking for much credit. At some point, though, it’s earned a real conversation about what comes next, and that conversation should feel like talking to a neighbor, not getting a sales script.
That’s the moment we built this company for. Not to alarm anyone into a decision, but to walk the roof with you, tell you honestly what shape it’s in, and lay out the options plainly. Sometimes that means a repair. Sometimes it means it’s time. Either way, no rush, and no pressure.
Since 1995. We’ve completed more than 10,000 roofing projects across the greater Bay Area since then.
